- all day and every day i am in reconstruction.....this is a creative process that i carry out daily.....and when there are reserves the day starts very early to get the fresh fish.... so im tired...

The first group is the 19:30 a group.....all at the same time .....all synchronized with the sunset.....this way they will be able to see the light and shadows of the restaurant....

In short I am very tired.

then please if not talk to every table will not be offended, I'm just tired

PD: Lately people are extremely sensitive and they are offended if I do not speak to them ..... then please do not be so sensitive and enjoy the restaurant

Talking Aboaut Quality

In my years as a cook, I discovered that the only way to prepare quality dishes is to cook with quality ingredients.

Talking About Fish Quality

My parameters in quality fish are very simple, I only use fresh or premium fish for sushi or sashimi.

My best solution is to come separated to the restaurant and be happy and enjoy your life decision

Do not force me to accept families or people who I do not want

Do not blame a place that does not accept children because it is a place that does not accept children
